Should you hire an attorney???

That is a question that each must answer for themselves.
However, before making that decision, you might wish to consider the following questions and answers:

1. To what or whom is an attorney's first duty?

 2. What is the legal relationship between an attorney and his/her client?

 3. What is a ward of the court?

(Are you an infant or person of unsound mind?)

[excuse me! I am not an infant but I have been accused

of being crazy since I started telling the truth about this.]

 4. Do you need to challenge jurisdiction?
Better read the following, particularly "...because if pleaded by an attorney....."

Should you hire an attorney? What do you think?

That's it!

This is it, this is the reason I would get a call from people wanting to help, or at least posing to help. Both times, just before Gooch and/or Amway would show up here in Jacksonville with an ORDER from a phony Amway/arbitration attack, I would get this concerned citizen fake call to help me get a lawyer. The first one that called was a lawyer that used to be in my group. He railed DeVos and talked of all the corruption in the DeVos campaign for Governor and he is even from Michigan! The lawyer he helped me get here in town did not charge me a dime and I never even met him. He showed up once to make it look like valid jurisdiction, I'm sure! And I don't even know who paid him.

The second time Amway showed up here with a phony award from a crooked arbitrator [Dec. 2006] I got a call and the guy even paid the deposit, $5000, for the lawyer for me! This lawyer withdrew within approx 60 days and hit the road. I am going to withhold the caller’s identities for now until I can verify if they were liars or lied too.

This is starting to make sense, BIG TIME.

There has not been one court I've been in since the year 2000 that has had [bona fide] jurisdiction and not one order or judgment since, that is not considered a "nullity" and/or "void" according to law.

So it is true!

That by hiring a lawyer, you allow them to attack you and avoid the jurisdiction requirement!

Besides, would hiring a lawyer (criminal) to fight organized crime be stupid, or what? Think about it! He would align himself with the money and ride it out. HELLO?
